The Santiz Difference

We calculate the load requirements for your specific application — a hot tub pad needs different specs than an RV pad. We don't use one-size-fits-all thickness or reinforcement.

Frequently Asked Questions

It depends on the load. AC pads: 4 inches. Shed pads: 4-5 inches. Hot tub pads: 6 inches with rebar. RV pads: 5-6 inches with wire mesh or rebar.
For simple pads like sheds and hot tubs, a monolithic slab (thickened edges) is usually sufficient. For structures with walls, we may recommend perimeter footings.
Wait at least 7 days for light structures. For hot tubs and heavy loads, we recommend waiting 14-28 days for full concrete cure.
Yes. We can build up forms and grade the site to create a level pad on sloped terrain. This may require additional fill material and cost.
We'll advise you on whether your project requires a permit based on local codes. For simple pads, permits are typically not required.
We slope pads slightly for water runoff and can install French drains or gravel borders as needed to manage water flow.
